MENDON — Vermont State Police arrested a Mendon man late Monday night on charges of first-degree aggravated domestic assault.
Authorities were called to a family fight on US Route 4 at approximately 9:46 p.m.
Upon arrival and subsequent investigation, troopers determined that 35-year-old Joshua Mcqueen had caused bodily injury to a household member.
Mcqueen was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marble Valley Correctional Facility, where he is being held without bail pending further proceedings.
In accordance with privacy policies, the Vermont State Police have not released the name of the victim in this domestic violence incident.
