BOSTON — Boston Police Department’s Fugitive Unit and District B-3 detectives are actively seeking the public’s assistance in locating Gerald Vick, 31, of Dorchester, who is wanted on multiple charges including assault and battery with a firearm.
Authorities issued a community alert for Vick, who is wanted on a straight warrant out of Suffolk Superior Court for eight counts of assault and battery with a firearm, unlawful possession of a machine gun, unlawful possession of a firearm, and using a firearm in the commission of a felony.
These charges stem from an incident that took place on Aug. 26 in the area of 15 Talbot Avenue.
In addition to the straight warrant, Vick also has an outstanding default warrant related to firearm offenses.
Vick is described as a black male with a dark complexion, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing around 155 pounds, and having multiple tattoos.
He is believed to have connections to Taunton, Massachusetts.
The Boston Police Department urges anyone who comes into contact with Vick to call 911 immediately.
