Boston police seek help identifying suspects in South Bay Mall credit card fraud

BOSTON — Detectives from the Boston Police Department’s District D-4 are calling on the public to help identify individuals involved in a credit card fraud incident at the South Bay Mall between 12:15 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 1.

The suspects reportedly used a stolen credit card to make purchases at several stores within the mall.

Authorities believe these individuals may be regular visitors to the mall and the surrounding area, particularly near Massachusetts Ave. and Melnea Cass Blvd.

The police are thoroughly investigating the events and circumstances of the fraud and urge anyone with information to contact the District D-4 detectives at (617) 343-4619.
