Franklin teen goes missing, police seek public’s help

FRANKLIN — A report of a missing teenager has prompted the Vermont State Police to seek assistance from the community.

At 10:07 p.m. on Dec. 1, the Vermont State Police – St. Albans Barracks was alerted to a runaway juvenile, Taylor Racine, 14.

Authorities have yet to locate Taylor and believe she may be in the Stowe area.

Described as about 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 115 pounds, Racine has brown hair with purple and teal highlights, and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black hoodie.

The State Police are urging anyone with information on Taylor’s whereabouts to contact them at the St. Albans Barracks at 802-524-5993.
