UNDERHILL — A Burlington man was arrested on an outstanding warrant following a single-vehicle crash on Mountain Road late Saturday evening amid snowy conditions.

Vermont State Police reported that Keanu Bradley-VonDiez, 27, was driving his 2018 Chevy Suburban westward down Mountain Road at a low speed when his vehicle began to slide due to the snow and ice-covered roadway.

The vehicle slid off the road and overturned onto its side at approximately 9:39 p.m.

Bradley-VonDiez was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident, which possibly minimized his injuries.

He sustained minor injuries and was transported by Richmond Rescue to the UVM Medical Center.

During the investigation, authorities discovered that Bradley-VonDiez had an active in-state warrant for failure to appear for a previous offense.

Following the warrant’s instructions, he was ordered to be held without bail and taken to the Northwestern Correctional Facility.

Bradley-VonDiez is scheduled to appear in the Chittenden County Superior Court on Dec. 2 at 8:30 a.m. The right side of his vehicle sustained damage in the crash.
