PAWTUCKET — Troopers arrested Ethan Shea, 19, on charges related to a hit-and-run accident that occurred on Davis Street.
At 3:20 p.m., Rhode Island State Police responded to a report of a hit-and-run involving a motor vehicle.
Shea, a resident of 19 Snake Hill Road, North Scituate, Rhode Island, was charged with Duty to Stop in an Accident, Resulting in Damage to an Attended Vehicle.
Following the incident, Shea was misdemeanor released on the scene and is scheduled to appear in Sixth District Court at a future date.
