NORTH KINGSTOWN — At approximately 7:45 a.m., Rhode Island State Troopers arrested Jasmine Wilcox, age 36, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for obstructing an officer in the execution of duty.
Wilcox, a resident of 42 Washington Street in Central Falls, was apprehended following a barracks investigation which led to her location by the North Kingstown Police.
The arrest took place without incident, and Wilcox was specially arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.
Following the arraignment, she was released.
