Cranston man arrested on multiple drug charges

CRANSTON — A 60-year-old man was arrested by members of the HIDTA Task Force on Nov. 26 on charges related to the possession and intent to distribute various controlled substances.

Michael Minor, of 22 Grant Avenue 1st Floor, faces charges for possession with the intent to deliver Schedule II controlled substances, including cocaine and crack cocaine.

He is also charged with possession with the intent to deliver Schedule I controlled substances, such as oxycodone and hydrocodone.

Following the arrest, Minor was taken to the Lincoln Barracks for processing.

He was then special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transferred to the ACI Intake Center.

Minor is pending his morning arraignment in Third Division District Court.
