DOVER — Dover Police Chief William M. Breault announced the arrest of Alexander Tibbetts-Cullen, 28, of Rochester, in connection with a shooting incident that occurred outside Cara’s Irish Pub early Saturday morning.

Tibbetts-Cullen faces nine counts of reckless conduct and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, all Class B felonies, following the incident that transpired at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Nov. 23.

Officers who responded to a report of shots fired at 11 Fourth Street found no injuries but recovered nine shell casings outside the bar.

Refusing bail services, Tibbetts-Cullen is being detained at the Strafford County House of Corrections and is slated for arraignment at 10 a.m. today at the Dover District Court.
