Burglary at Richford feed store prompts police search for suspect

RICHFORD — A burglary at Blue Seal Feeds has led Vermont State Police to seek the public’s help in identifying the suspect involved in the Nov. 24 break-in.

At approximately 10:03 a.m. on Thursday, troopers from the St. Albans Barracks responded to a reported burglary at the feed store located on Webster Street.

Officials said the perpetrator forced their way into the office area and cracked open the safe, making off with undisclosed contents.

Security cameras in the store captured the incident, and authorities have released an image of the suspect.

Investigators are asking anyone with information or who recognizes the individual in the footage to come forward.
