St. Johnsbury market hit by retail theft, police seek suspects

ST. JOHNSBURY — Vermont State Police are investigating a retail theft at Market 32 where approximately $400.00 in produce was stolen by two unidentified individuals.

The theft occurred on Oct. 24 at around 10:25 p.m., but was not reported until Sept. 26 at 3:43 p.m. Store managers alerted the state troopers to the theft from the grocery store located in St. Johnsbury.

Security footage reviewed by authorities shows a male and a female suspect driving away in a dark-colored sedan.

The police have not identified the suspects and are asking for the public’s help.
