Man arrested on DUI charges after rollover crash on Route 30 in Townshend

TOWNSHEND — A 57-year-old Jamaica man was arrested on suspicion of DUI following a single-vehicle rollover accident late Saturday night.

Vermont State Police responded to a call at approximately 11:35 p.m. and discovered a 2019 Toyota Tacoma off Vermont Route 30 in Townshend.

The driver, identified as Brian A.

Robertshaw, was found to have been under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash, according to authorities.

No injuries were reported at the scene.

Robertshaw was taken into custody and later released with a citation.

He is expected to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on Dec. 17 at 8:30 a.m. to face DUI charges.
