PROVIDENCE — A Pennsylvania man was arrested early Saturday morning on charges including reckless driving and driving under the influence after being stopped by state police on Broadway.
Troopers from the Scituate Barracks took Anthony Lara Jimenez, 25, of Reading into custody at 1:24 a.m. following a motor vehicle stop.
Jimenez faces charges of reckless driving, driving under the influence of liquor – BAC unknown – first offense, and refusal to submit to a chemical test – first offense.
Following the arrest, Jimenez was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed.
He was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and subsequently released to the custody of a responsible adult.
