Framingham police seek witnesses in hit-and-run crash

FRAMINGHAM — The Framingham Police Department has launched an investigation into a hit-and-run incident that left a pedestrian with serious injuries on Nov. 21 near 343 Cochituate Rd.

The crash occurred at approximately 4:29 p.m. when a 2011-2021 silver or gray Jeep Grand Cherokee struck a pedestrian and fled the scene.

The vehicle in question sustained noticeable damage to its front left side, including the mirror, and was last seen heading eastbound on Cochituate Rd.

Chief of Police Lester Baker is urging the community for assistance.

Anyone with information, or who may have witnessed the accident or possess any video or photos of the vehicle involved, is encouraged to come forward.

The Framingham Police Department is keen to speak to witnesses who haven’t yet contacted the authorities as they continue their efforts to locate the driver responsible for the collision.
