LITTLETON — The Littleton Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a person or persons shown in recently released photographs.
In a statement released today, the department urged anyone who recognizes the individual(s) depicted to not post any information in public comments, but instead to send a private message or to call the department directly at 603-444-7711 ext. 2 during business hours.
The photos in question have been circulated for informational purposes.
Officials emphasized that the presence of these images should not be construed as an indication of the individual’s guilt or innocence, nor does it necessarily mean that the person is the subject of a criminal investigation.
The department’s disclaimer noted that while they seek information from the public, they cannot guarantee anonymity for tips that lead to a criminal prosecution.
