SOUTH WINDSOR — A local man was arrested Wednesday on multiple charges including engaging police in pursuit and reckless driving following a vehicle complaint in August.

Alexander S.

Jess, 30, of Orange, Massachusetts, was taken into custody after an arrest warrant was issued for his involvement in a motor vehicle incident on Aug. 31.

He and another motorcyclist, Michael A. Dolnick, who was arrested on Nov. 16, were reported for driving erratically on Sullivan Avenue.

According to South Windsor Police Department reports, witnesses observed the motorcyclists performing wheelies, burnouts, passing traffic illegally, and running red lights.

When officers attempted to stop them, both motorcyclists fled at high speeds.

Jess was later identified by officers who connected him to similar violations in neighboring jurisdictions.

His Instagram account, which showed him operating his motorcycle recklessly, further corroborated witness accounts.

Jess turned himself in and was processed.

He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and is expected to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Dec. 9 at 9 a.m.
