Police seek suspect in Concord bank robbery

CONCORD — Police are searching for a masked man who robbed a Bank of America branch Wednesday morning in downtown Concord.

The suspect entered the Storrs Street location at 9:30 a.m. and demanded money from an employee before fleeing with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to police.

Authorities described the suspect as a white male, approximately 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-8, wearing tan pants, a tan sweatshirt, black gloves, and a black ski mask with goggles covering his eyes.

Police say there is no ongoing threat to the community.
