GUILFORD — A two-vehicle collision on Interstate 91 led to the citation of a New Hampshire woman for negligent operation, according to the Vermont State Police.
Authorities were called to the scene of the accident near Guilford at approximately 2:52 p.m. on Oct. 17.
The investigation determined that Cindy D. Benner, 55, of Keene, NH, had been driving her vehicle negligently when the crash occurred.
Benner has been issued a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear at the Windham County Superior Court on Dec. 3 at 8:30 a.m. to respond to the charge.
