DOVER — Chief William Breault of the Dover Police Department announced that an arrest has been made in connection with a burglary at the Atlas-Heritage Title Office.
On the morning of Nov. 17, officers responded to a burglary report at the business located at 903 Central Avenue.

The Dover Police Department’s Crime Scene Unit gathered evidence at the scene.
The following day, an employee discovered that the office had been broken into again and encountered the suspect still inside the premises.
The suspect fled, but officers, helped by a New Hampshire State Police canine, found 44-year-old Rocky Brogna in the vicinity.
Brogna, identified as the individual responsible for both break-ins, was charged with two counts of felony burglary and one misdemeanor count of false report to law enforcement for providing a false name during his arrest.
He is currently being held at the Strafford County House of Corrections after refusing bail services.
His arraignment is set for Nov. 19 at 10 a.m. at the 7th Circuit Court – District Division – Dover.
