DERBY — Vermont State Police responded to a reported family fight at the Border Motel on US Route 5 at 8:21 p.m. on Nov. 14.
During the investigation, authorities determined that Holly Leaker, 20, of Derby, had inflicted bodily harm on two family members.
Leaker was processed at the Derby barracks and subsequently released with a citation.
Leaker is scheduled to appear in Orleans Superior Court to face two counts of domestic assault.
In accordance with Vermont State Police policy, the names of the victims have not been disclosed due to the nature of the incident.
