Woman cited for DUI after St. Johnsbury crash

ST. JOHNSBURY — Vermont State Police responded to a single-vehicle accident involving a Nissan Rogue on South Main Street at approximately 12:25 a.m. on Nov. 14.

The driver, Tameika Daigle, 32, of Island Pond, was found to be under the influence of alcohol when her vehicle came to an uncontrolled rest, lodged in a chain-link fence.

The vehicle sustained minor damage, but Daigle was not injured in the incident.

After processing at the St. Johnsbury Barracks, Daigle was released with a citation for driving under the influence of alcohol.

She was also issued a Vermont Civil Violation Complaint for driving under civil suspension.
