RICHFORD — A 43-year-old Johnson man was taken into custody late Thursday night for his third DUI after Vermont State Police responded to a call regarding a potentially impaired driver on Province Street.
Chad Bidwell was pulled over by troopers from the St Albans Barracks around 11:45 p.m. after reports of erratic driving.
During the stop, officers noted signs of impairment and conducted Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which Bidwell failed.
