ST. JOHNSBURY — Vermont State Police arrested two individuals late Thursday night after responding to a report of a disturbance and alleged threats of harm.
At approximately 9:48 p.m. on Nov. 13, troopers were dispatched to a suspicious call in East St. Johnsbury, where multiple individuals were reportedly yelling and discussing jumping off a bridge.
A report also mentioned someone yelling about a shotgun.
Upon arrival, troopers encountered 21-year-old Anthony Fisk of Gorham, NH, and a 19-year-old juvenile from St. Johnsbury.
Both suspects allegedly began assaulting the troopers, leading to a brief struggle before they were taken into custody.
Fisk and the juvenile were transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks for processing.
They were later released on citations.
Fisk is due to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Dec. 2 at 8:30 a.m. The status of the juvenile’s court appearance was not immediately disclosed.
