WORCESTER — The Worcester Police Department is appealing to the public for assistance in tracking down Lino Menjivar, a suspect wanted for a homicide that took place on April 13.
Menjivar, whose last known address is 23 Jefferson Street, Apt. 1, is described as a 5’5″ Hispanic male with black hair, brown eyes, light complexion, and distinctive face tattoos.
He is known by the alias “L” and is believed to be currently hiding in Virginia, though his exact location remains unknown.
Authorities warn that Menjivar should be considered armed and dangerous as he is wanted for murder and related firearms charges, including carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a loaded firearm, and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling.
The police have not recovered the firearm used in the April 13 homicide, which occurred in the area of 1 Allendale Street.
A warrant has been issued for Menjivar’s arrest.
