BOSTON — Boston Police Department detectives from District A-7 are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying an individual connected to two armed robberies in East Boston.
The first incident took place at the East Boston Corner Market, located at 83 Bennington St., at 9:48 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 2.
The second robbery occurred just minutes later at 9:55 p.m., at the East Coast Variety store at 223 London St.
Authorities described the suspect as armed with a machete and a firearm.
The individual is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish, and was last seen wearing a jacket inside out with a Honda logo.
The public is advised not to confront the suspect, as he is considered armed and dangerous.
Residents who encounter the individual should maintain a safe distance and call 911 immediately.
The Boston Police Department is diligently working to gather more information about these crimes.
