WALTHAM — Waltham Police Department is seeking assistance in locating a driver involved in a hit-and-run incident on Nov. 8 at 6:40 a.m. near 298 River St. The suspect vehicle is described as a dark-colored Toyota Camry.

Authorities are reaching out to the public for any leads that could help identify the vehicle and its driver.

Residents with information are urged to call police operations at 781-314-3607, direct message the department on their social media platform, or send an email to [email protected].

The department also issued a reminder to the driver, stating that it’s not too late to come forward.

Massachusetts law requires individuals involved in a car accident to stop and provide their information to the owner of the other vehicle involved.

This includes sharing their name, contact information, driver’s license number, plate number, and insurance details.

Leaving a note is an alternative if the other party is not present at the scene.
