Trailer stolen from Richford business, police seek information

RICHFORD — In a theft that occurred on the evening of Nov. 7, a trailer was reported stolen from a local business on Jay Road, Vermont State Police said.

Authorities received the theft report the following morning at approximately 9:29 a.m. The investigation revealed that a 2013 fifteen-foot Sure Trac trailer, which lacked a registration plate, was taken around 8:30 p.m. the previous night.

Vermont State Police have released two photographs of the suspects and their vehicle, believed to be a maroon Dodge Ram, according to witness accounts.

Trooper Conte, who is handling the case at the Vermont State Police St. Albans Barracks, urges anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
