PAWTUCKET — In a series of arrests on Nov. 6, members of the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Task Force took into custody three Pawtucket residents on various charges related to drugs and firearms.
Alexander Green, 19, was arrested on charges including firearm possession by certain persons prohibited, firearm possession during a controlled substance violation, and intent to deliver marijuana.
Steven Rosario, 22, faces charges for possession of fentanyl, resisting arrest, and obstructing an officer.
David Rodrigues, also 22, was charged with disorderly conduct.
All three were processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned and then transferred to the Adult Correctional Institutions (ACI) Intake Center to await further court proceedings.
The following day, Nov. 7, the ACI Investigations Unit made several arrests.
Christopher Peralta, 34, from Johnston, was charged with conveying unauthorized articles to/from an institution, possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of telecommunications devices.
Fernando Jesurum, 37, of Chelsea, Massachusetts, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and assaulting a correctional officer.
Both were arraigned with Peralta receiving $20,000 surety bail and Jesurum the same amount.
Joshua Fuller, 33, of Warwick, was arrested as a fugitive of justice from Massachusetts and was granted $50,000 double surety bail after declining to waive extradition.
Phillip Isaacs, 49, from Coventry, faced possession charges and received $1,000 surety bail.
Vearl Flanders, 40, of Providence, was detained as a fugitive from Florida and held pending his return to that state.
Additionally, Mark Lyden, 40, of Woonsocket, was arrested by the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force on multiple counts including the manufacture and possession of ghost or 3D guns, large-capacity feeding devices, and controlled substances including psilocybin mushrooms, ecstasy, and LSD.
He was arraigned in Sixth District Court, where bail was set at $10,000 with surety.
