TYNGSBOROUGH — Police Chief Shaun Woods announced the arrest of a New Hampshire man following a series of vehicle break-ins at a local car dealership early Wednesday morning.
Michael Feole, age 34, of Nashua, N.H., faces multiple charges including breaking and entering into a vehicle at nighttime (three counts), unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Authorities responded to a call at about 3:55 a.m. on Nov. 6 from the owner of a car dealership located at 273 Middlesex Road, who reported suspicious activity on the premises.
Upon arrival, Officers Travis MacMurdo and Bryan Carter found Feole on the dealership lot, allegedly attempting to enter vehicles.
An investigation at the scene, which included reviewing video surveillance, resulted in Feole’s arrest.
The charges were further compounded by Feole’s operation of an unregistered vehicle without a valid license.
Feole is set to be arraigned later today in Lowell District Court.
