HUBBARDTON — Vermont State Police arrested a local man Wednesday on allegations of domestic assault following a family dispute on Murph Drive.
Troopers from the Rutland Barracks responded to a call at 12:37 p.m. regarding a family fight at the Hubbardton residence.
The investigation revealed that Scott A. Goetz, 52, allegedly caused bodily injury to a household member.
Goetz was taken into custody and transported to the Rutland Barracks.
He has been issued a citation to appear in court at a later date to face the charges.
In accordance with privacy policies, the identity of the victim has not been released by authorities.
