Pelham police report multiple arrests for assault, fraud in second half of October

PELHAM — The Pelham Police Department released its arrest logs for the latter half of October, highlighting a series of offenses ranging from domestic violence to credit card fraud.

On Oct. 16, at 1:07 p.m., Kyle Mader, 24, of Pelham, was arrested on charges of domestic violence, including simple assault causing bodily injury and physical contact.

The following day at 10 a.m., Lawrence Lemieux, 57, also of Pelham, faced charges for providing false information to law enforcement.

On Oct. 18, authorities arrested two individuals: Luis Rivera, 30, of Boston, MA, at 10:54 a.m. for credit card fraud involving amounts less than $1,000, and later at 6:10 p.m., Brian Britt, 36, of Pelham, was charged with bodily injury and reckless conduct.

Lyle Yearling, 38, of Westford, MA, was taken into custody on Oct. 25 at 8:31 p.m. for disobeying an officer, reckless operation, reckless conduct, driving after a revoked or suspended license, and resisting arrest.

Additionally, on Oct. 31 at 11:34 p.m., Jacqueline Consaul, 40, and Walter Brown, 40, both of Lowell, MA, were arrested on bench warrants.
