Ware police arrest man for cemetery lawnmower theft

WARE — Ware Police Department officers arrested Dustin Latulippe on Wednesday, Oct. 30, at 5:30 p.m. for allegedly stealing two riding lawnmowers from the vicinity of Saint Mary’s Cemetery.

The 30-year-old suspect faces multiple charges, including breaking and entering into a building during daytime with intent to commit a felony, two counts of larceny over $1,200, vandalizing a cemetery, property vandalism, possession of burglary tools, resisting arrest, and two counts of receiving lost credit cards.

Following his arrest, Latulippe’s bail was set at $500.

He was taken to the Hampshire County House of Corrections.

At his arraignment on Oct. 31 at the Eastern Hampshire District Court, he was released pending further legal proceedings.
