Braintree resident arrested for domestic assault

BRAINTREE — On Oct. 31, Vermont State Police responded to a reported domestic assault at a Braintree residence at 4:33 p.m.

Authorities determined that Destiny (Max) Casey, 23, of Braintree, had inflicted pain and injury on two household members.

Following the incident, Casey was arrested and transported to the Royalton barracks for processing.

Casey received court-ordered conditions of release and was cited to appear before the Orange County Superior Court Criminal Division at 12:30 p.m. on Nov. 1 to respond to the charges.

The Vermont State Police have not disclosed the names of the victims in adherence to their policy on domestic violence cases.
