Lyndon pizza shop burglarized, police seek information

LYNDON — An early morning burglary at The Pizza Man has prompted an investigation by the Vermont State Police, officials reported Sunday.

According to authorities, troopers were dispatched to the pizzeria at around 4:14 a.m. on Oct. 6 after receiving a report of a break-in.

Upon arrival, they found the glass door shattered.

Security footage revealed that an unidentified male had broken into the establishment and made off with approximately $200 in cash.

The suspect remains at large, and police are seeking assistance from the public.

Investigators are urging anyone with information regarding the burglary to contact the St. Johnsbury Barracks at 802-748-3111.

The Vermont State Police continue to gather evidence and are actively pursuing leads to apprehend the individual responsible for the crime.
