WORCESTER — A 44-year-old Worcester man was arrested Sunday for violating court-ordered conditions of release, driving with a suspended license, and unlawful trespass, state police said.
David Garneau was taken into custody at 7:21 a.m. on Oct. 27 after troopers responded to an incident in Worcester.
Investigators determined Garneau had violated his conditions of release by operating a motor vehicle while his license was criminally suspended.
Authorities also said Garneau trespassed at the residence of Brad Thompson, 37, and Anthony Phelps, 52, both of Worcester, by remaining on the property after being asked to leave.
The incident remains under investigation by the Vermont State Police.
