Stolen vehicle sought after overnight theft in Jericho

JERICHO — Vermont State Police are searching for a stolen vehicle following a reported theft in Jericho early Sunday morning.

At 6:51 a.m. on Oct. 27, troopers received a report that a gray 2013 Subaru Outback with New Hampshire license plate 3460010 was stolen from a residence on Vermont Route 15 in Jericho.

The theft occurred overnight, according to authorities.

The vehicle’s owner was identified as Aiden Beaton-Booth, 20, of Jericho.

Police said the stolen Subaru was involved in an incident in Burlington at approximately 1:30 a.m. and was last seen at the McDonald’s on Williston Road in South Burlington around 4:15 a.m.

Authorities are asking anyone who spots the vehicle or has information about the theft to contact the Vermont State Police Williston Barracks at 802-878-7111.

The investigation is ongoing.
