UPDATE: Clark has been located.
NEWPORT — Police are searching for a Newport man who went missing Friday afternoon along with his dog.
Mikalle Clark, 31, was last seen around 4:10 p.m. leaving West End Avenue in Newport City. Police say Clark has medical issues that are cause for concern.
Clark may be traveling on foot or driving a 2006 Honda Accord with Vermont license plate KEF351.
