DERBY LINE — Hopewell Studios will host its Second Annual Full Bowls Fundraiser and Community Meal on Saturday, Nov. 2, combining handmade pottery, local cuisine and community support for area youth programs.
The event will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Derby Line Village Hall, located at 104 Main Street.
Attendees will select a handcrafted bowl and enjoy soup, bread and other refreshments while listening to live music. The suggested donation is $25 per person, though organizers emphasize that no one will be turned away for inability to pay.
Proceeds will benefit four local organizations: North Country Supervisory Union Pride Pottery, Voices for Vermont’s Children, Derby Elementary School Backpack Program, and First Universalist Parish of Derby Line.
Members of Hopewell Studios will also offer functional handmade pottery for sale at the event.
