At approximately 10:16 p.m., a Hooksett police officer spotted a motorcycle speeding at 77 mph in a 35 mph zone on Hooksett Road near Water Works Drive.

The officer, who confirmed the speed with radar, attempted to stop the motorcycle, which then illegally passed two vehicles and disappeared over a hillcrest.

Furthermore, there was an active warrant for his arrest from the Manchester Police Department for Failure to Register as a Sexual Offender.

The Hooksett Police Department’s Crash Reconstruction Unit responded to the scene, and Hickey is scheduled for arraignment at the 6th Circuit Court-Hooksett on Oct. 31 at 8:15 a.m.
