Four arrested in New Hampshire drug investigation

CONCORD — Four individuals were taken into custody following a thorough investigation into the trafficking of methamphetamine and fentanyl by the New Hampshire State Police Narcotics Investigations Unit.

On Oct. 14, Tracy Blodgett, 60, and Aaron Erickson, 45, both from Concord, were apprehended on charges related to the sale and intent to distribute substantial quantities of controlled substances, specifically over five grams and five ounces respectively, with both facing subsequent offense charges.

The investigation led to the seizure of more than 400 grams of methamphetamine and roughly 60 grams of fentanyl.

In a related search warrant execution, Brian Huoppi, 43, of Concord, and Ryan Basnett, 28, of Derry, were arrested on outstanding warrants for possession of a controlled drug.

The Concord Police Department provided essential support to the State Police during the investigation.

The New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office is responsible for prosecuting the case.

Pending their arraignment set for Oct. 16 in the Concord District Court, all four suspects were held in custody.
