GROTON — The City of Groton Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a man who has been missing since early October.
Bernard Brodnicki, 28, was reported missing on Oct. 17, after he was last seen around noon on Oct. 4 in Bridgeport, CT.
He was last contacted through a text message the following day, Oct. 5.
Brodnicki is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, and weighing around 130 pounds.
He has brown hair with blonde highlights, blue eyes, and distinctive tattoos.
These include a red neck tattoo with Chinese writing, the word “HOPE” above his eyebrow, and a heart with two other symbols between his eyebrows.
There is no known clothing description available for Brodnicki at the time of his disappearance.
He had expressed a desire to travel to Hartford, CT, and New London, CT, but there have been no further contacts with his family or friends.
Authorities are urging anyone with information on Brodnicki’s whereabouts to contact the City of Groton Police Department at 860-445-2451.
The police are reaching out to the community in the hopes that someone may have seen him or know where he is.
