GREENFIELD — Massachusetts State Police Trooper Clifford Gervais, assigned to State Police-Shelburne Falls, arrested a man late Saturday night on charges of firearms and narcotics trafficking.
The arrest occurred shortly before 10 p.m. on October 14, after Trooper Gervais conducted a routine traffic stop that led to the discovery of multiple firearms and an undisclosed quantity of narcotics.
The suspect, whose name has not been released pending arraignment, is currently being held at the local county jail.
