NEWPORT — The Vermont State Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 17-year-old, Nija Marsh, who was reported as a runaway on Oct. 16 at 7 p.m.
Marsh, a resident of Coventry, was last seen on Airport Road.
People with knowledge of Marsh’s whereabouts are encouraged to contact the Vermont State Police Derby at 802-334-8881.
The state police also issued a reminder that there are legal consequences for anyone who intentionally aids a runaway juvenile, potentially facing criminal charges.
The community’s cooperation is crucial in ensuring the safety and swift return of Nija Marsh.
