CAMBRIDGE — The Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Office is on the lookout for Brent Cunningham Jr., who failed to report to jail as ordered by the court.
Cunningham, a 46-year-old white male, is about 6 feet tall, weighs approximately 250 pounds, has green eyes, and is balding.
He was last known to reside in Cambridge.
On Oct. 7, Cunningham pleaded guilty to theft and received an 18-month jail sentence.
The court granted him a stay of execution until noon on Oct. 8, by which time he was required to surrender himself to the Piscataquis County Jail.
Cunningham did not comply and is now considered to have absconded.
With known connections to the Guilford and Dexter areas, authorities believe that someone may have information regarding Cunningham’s current location.
The Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Office has issued three warrants for his arrest.
Members of the public with any information on Cunningham’s whereabouts are urged to contact the Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Office at (207) 564-3304, option #1, or reach out to their local law enforcement agency.
