Lynn drug bust yields significant narcotics seizure, one arrested

LYNN — In a significant drug bust early this morning, the Lynn Drug Task Force executed a search warrant that led to the seizure of a substantial quantity of illegal narcotics and the arrest of a local man on multiple charges.

Authorities reported that the raid resulted in the confiscation of 182 grams of Fentanyl, 367 grams of crack cocaine, 14 Amphetamine pills, over $4,500 in cash, and other evidence related to the sale of illegal drugs.

The operation targeted a residence suspected of being involved in drug trafficking activities.

Adalberto Sarita, 26, of Lynn, was taken into custody and is facing a series of drug-related charges.

Sarita has been charged with trafficking Class A substances in excess of 100 grams, trafficking Class B substances over 200 grams, possession with intent to distribute Class B drugs, and unlawful possession of ammunition.

The Lynn Police Department hailed the operation as a success and emphasized their commitment to combatting the distribution of illegal drugs in the community.

The investigation leading up to the raid involved multiple agencies and demonstrated the effectiveness of collaborative law enforcement efforts.

Sarita is expected to be arraigned in court, where he will face the charges brought against him.
