SOUTHWICK — The Southwick Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an armed robbery that occurred last night at around 9:34 p.m.
The individual sought by authorities was last seen driving a blue Hyundai Elantra, which was reported stolen from Springfield yesterday afternoon.
The Southwick Police Department is urging anyone with information that could lead to the identification of the suspect to reach out to the Detective Bureau or to use the Anonymous Tip Line by calling 413-569-5348 Ext. 250.
Officials have assured that the identity of those who provide tips can and will be kept confidential.
The police department has not released further details about the robbery but is actively pursuing leads to apprehend the person responsible for the crime.
