ENOSBURG — A Richford man was arrested on charges of aggravated assault after allegedly shooting his neighbor with a BB gun, Vermont State Police reported.
Authorities say that at 3:29 p.m. on Oct. 11, troopers responded to a call from Christopher Gagne, 35, also of Richford, claiming he was shot by Rene Robitaille, 42.
The incident occurred on School St. in Enosburg.
Following an investigation and witness statements, officers arrested Robitaille.
He was cited to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on Oct. 14 at 1 p.m.
