SACO — At approximately 6:44 p.m. on Oct. 10, the Saco Emergency Communications Center received multiple emergency calls regarding a single-vehicle accident in the 500 block of Ferry Road.

Responding to the incident, the Saco Police Department and Saco Fire/Rescue found a white Mercedes Benz sedan that had crashed into a wooded area after apparently losing control while traveling westbound on Ferry Road.

Three individuals were in the vehicle at the time of the accident.

First responders administered medical aid at the scene before Saco Fire/Rescue transported the occupants to the Maine Medical Center Trauma Unit in Portland for further treatment.
