POWNAL — A 26-year-old Bennington man was cited for Unlawful Mischief related to a disturbance at a wedding on Middle Pownal Road, Vermont State Police said.
Authorities responded to a call at approximately 11:13 p.m. on Oct. 5, where they discovered that someone had slashed the vehicle tires of Dawson Bevis, 25, of Hoosick Falls, NY.
Following an investigation, police developed probable cause and charged Zack Volpi with the offense.
Volpi was located on Oct. 7 and issued a citation to appear in court to answer to the charge at a later scheduled date.
