MANCHESTER — Manchester Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for missing juvenile Ciana Valdez, who was last seen around 5 p.m. on Oct. 6.
Ciana is described as a 14-year-old female with black hair featuring blonde extensions, brown eyes, standing 5 feet 2 inches tall, and weighing approximately 90 pounds.
Authorities are urgently requesting the public’s assistance in locating her.
A friend of Ciana informed her family that she might have boarded a train to New York City.
Unfortunately, there is no description of the clothing she was wearing at the time of her disappearance.
